  • BIA Members (other than early stage companies*): £200 + VAT
  • Non-Members: £280 + VAT
  • Early stage companies* that are BIA members: £100 + VAT
  • Early stage companies* that are NOT BIA members: £140 + VAT

Standard rates

  • BIA Members (other than early stage companies*): £250 + VAT
  • Non-Members: £350 + VAT
  • Early stage companies* that are BIA members: £125 + VAT
  • Early stage companies* that are NOT BIA members: £175 + VAT

Networking reception only

  • BIA Members: £75 + VAT
  • BIA Non-members: £95 + VAT

Early stage companies: Companies that have raised less than £5 Million and with sales of less than £2 million a year.

By completing the event registration form, the attendee is committing to attend and therefore pay for the applicable amount (complying with the cancellation policy below).

All payments should be made prior to the event
You are encouraged to pay by means of credit and debit card or you can choose the invoice option.  Invoices should be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

All cancellations must be made in writing by email to Sam Care at

  • Bookings cancelled after 30th September will remain fully payable.
  • Cancellations made before then will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

We encourage you to send a colleague in your place where possible.

Should we cancel, postpone the event or change its format to a virtual or hybrid one, you will be entitled to cancel your registration and to receive a full refund. The deadline to request this cancellation and refund will be communicated if and when this change happens.


We are regularly monitoring changes on government regulations around events. All delegates will be asked to provide a negative covid test result (taken in the last 24h) or proof of full vaccination closer to the event. Alternative or additional precautions like the wearing of masks inside the venue might also be considered and requested.


Your full name, company name, email address, dietary requirements and telephone number will be collected upon registration and used to contact you with regard to this event. Your data will be processed and stored as per our privacy statement:

Your full name, company name and dietary requirements might be shared with Glaziers Hall if required by them in order to allow you access to their premises and in order to accommodate any dietary requirements you might have provided.


We take photographs at all of our events and occasionally record videos. Photos and videos are often used for marketing purposes (e.g.: on twitter, on direct marketing emails, etc). If you do not wish for photos or a video of you to be made public, please let us know by emailing


At many of our events we distribute delegates lists to attendees. These lists consist of the full name and company name of all registered attendees, but do not include contact details such as email addresses. We don’t allow third parties to use these lists for promotional purposes without your express consent. If you don’t want to be on the delegate list for an event, please let us know by emailing

The data that the BIA will collect from you will be treated in accordance to the above and to our privacy statement. This is necessary in order for you to be able to join the online event and is therefore a precondition of service.
